Touch faced a unique challenge with their new website. While their work spans strategy, event production, video storytelling, creative design, and communications, the company did not want to present those disciplines as disconnected services.
Their greatest value is found from their integration of these capabilities into cohesive, emotionally resonant experiences — something that needed to be communicated clearly both to prospective clients and to search engines increasingly reliant on structured, service-oriented content. SEO and AIO concerns were real! But the brand experience must come first.
Bizango approached the project by building the site around narrative rather than a traditional agency services framework. Instead of leading with a long list of capabilities, the homepage uses carefully curated case studies and immersive storytelling to reveal how Touch helps organizations navigate moments of transformation, alignment, and human connection. Individual services and strategic disciplines were woven into the experience in a way that supports discoverability and AI understanding without undermining the holistic approach this agency takes to their work.
Visually, the goal was to make the website feel alive — less like a portfolio and more like stepping into one of Touch’s amazing events. Large-scale photography, integrated motion design, ambient video, and carefully paced transitions were used throughout the site to create a sense of energy and immersion while still maintaining the restraint and sophistication the Touch team wanted. The result is a web experience that feels cinematic, confident, and deeply human — one that reflects both the scale of Touch’s clients and the emotional impact of the experiences they create.
